Welcome to Nest View Living. By accessing our website or engaging our home renovation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Nest View Living provides home renovation services, including but not limited to smart home upgrades, security installation, garden landscaping, patio, driveway, and exterior facade renovations. All services are subject to a formal contract signed by both parties prior to commencement.
All estimates provided by Nest View Living are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to revision if unforeseen structural issues or changes to the project scope arise during construction.
A standard deposit of 30% is required to secure a project date. The remaining balance will be structured in milestone payments as outlined in the service contract. Final payment is due upon project completion and handover.
We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays caused by weather conditions, material supply chain issues, or client-requested changes may extend the completion date. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
Nest View Living offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on structural renovations. Smart home devices and security equipment are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Damages caused by client negligence or natural disasters are not covered.
If you wish to cancel your project, written notice must be provided. Deposits are non-refundable to cover administrative costs and time scheduled. If work has already commenced, you will be billed for the proportion of work completed up to the cancellation date.
Nest View Living is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania.
